Last updated November 4, 2026
This policy explains what information FlyveraTravel collects when you use this website, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the inquiries and messages you send through it.
1. Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical information needed to run the website.
- Travel inquiries. When you ask for a quote, we collect your name, phone number and email address, and the trip details you add: the holiday package or destination, travel dates, number of adults and children, and any message.
- Contact messages. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject and message.
- Newsletter. If you sign up, we store your email address.
- Booking lookups. When you look up a booking, the reference and email you enter are checked against our records. They are not stored as a new record.
- Flight searches. The airports, dates, cabin and number of travellers you search for are used to fetch results.
- Advertising information. If you reach us from an online advertisement, the link can carry campaign details (such as
utm_source,utm_campaignor a Facebook click identifier). We save these with your inquiry so we know which advertisement you responded to. They do not identify you personally. - Technical information. Our servers receive your IP address with each request. We use it briefly, in memory, to limit repeated form submissions and protect against spam. We do not store it with your inquiry.
We do not ask for payment card details, passport numbers or other government identifiers through this website.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry or message, prepare a quote and contact you by phone or email about your trip.
- To send you a confirmation email when you submit an inquiry.
- To send the newsletter, if you signed up for it.
- To show you flight results for the searches you make.
- To understand which advertisements and campaigns lead to inquiries.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
4. Third-party services
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the website and serve you:
- Website hosting. Our hosting provider stores the website and the database that holds inquiries and messages.
- Email delivery. Confirmation emails are sent through our email provider, which processes your name and email address to deliver them.
- Flight content. Flight searches are passed to our flight content supplier to retrieve availability and fares. Your name and contact details are not sent with a search.
- Advertising platforms. If you arrive from an advertisement on Facebook or Instagram, that platform handles your interaction with the advertisement under its own privacy policy. We do not send your inquiry details back to it.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Links to other websites are covered by those websites' own policies.
5. How we protect your information
- The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
- Inquiries and messages are stored in a database that only signed-in, authorised staff can view.
- Staff access is limited by role, staff passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and staff actions are logged.
- Forms are checked on our server and protected against automated submissions.
No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we work to protect yours and to limit who can see it.
6. How long we keep information
We keep inquiries and messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to arrange and support your travel. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter by contacting us.
7. Your choices
You can contact us to:
- ask what information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong;
- ask us to delete your information;
- stop receiving the newsletter or marketing messages.
We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will reply as soon as we can.
8. Children
This website is intended for adults planning travel. A travel inquiry may include the number of children travelling, but we do not ask for children's names or contact details online, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top will show when it was last revised. Please check it from time to time.
